HCP Show Registration

Transworld's HCPShow is a TRADE ONLY event. Credentials must be submitted to prove industry affiliation before a badge will be issued.

Documentation submitted will not be returned. Please do not submit originals of licenses, leases or other items.

2008 HCPShow attendees DO NOT need to submit credentials.

You must provide one of the following:

• A copy of your business license
• A copy of your resale tax certificate
• A verification of your tax exempt status

And you must provide one of these documents:

• A copy of a Yellow Pages listing for your business
• An ad featuring your business from a trade publication
• A copy of the lease agreement for your retail business
• An imprinted business check or credit card
• Invoices totaling more than $200 from your suppliers
• A company catalog
• A flyer or other promotional piece for your business
• An invitation letter from a current exhibitor

Acceptable employee identification includes:
Note: Employee identification must be provided for each registrant.
Business cards are NOT acceptable.

• Copy of cancelled company payroll check or stub
• Copy of W-2 or 1099 form
• Copy of company insurance card with employee name
• Letter from current exhibitor sponsoring each worker/consultant
